Pricing (All Rates Include 2 People)
Short-term Section:
Nightly...$75.00
Weekly...$300.00
Long-term Section:
Contracts begin at 3 months where a 30 amp is $625.00 a month, and a 50 amp is $650.00 a month. (That monthly rate is discounted for our long-term tenants who have their lot rent paid by the 5th of each month.
Rent is due on the first of every month, but our long-term tenants are given a grace period until the 5th. If paid after the 5th, a late fee will be added to your lot rent.)
